This juice is an easy sell. It is a beautiful color, has a
great flavor, and is amazing for you. Pineapple contains
bromelain which acts as an anti-inflammatory as well as
a digestive enzyme. It is rich in vitamins, antioxidants,
and minerals. The addition of fresh turmeric gives a powerful
anti-inflammatory boost. Because this juice is high
in vitamin A and is powerfully anti-inflammatory, we give
it an A plus.

 4 large carrots
1 quarter large fresh pineapple, peeled
1 (1-inch) chunk fresh turmeric (optional),
you can substitute 1 teaspoon dried
Process all ingredients through juicer.

Serves 1–2
